Site Representatives

Site Representatives are elected TEA members who serve as the union's presence at each school site — your first resource for workplace questions, concerns, and contract information.

Role & Responsibilities

What Does a Site Rep Do?

Site Representatives are the backbone of TEA's membership engagement. They are elected by members at their school site each year and serve as the direct link between the school community and TEA leadership.

Whether you have a contract question, a concern about working conditions, or want to know about upcoming TEA events, your Site Rep is your first call.
