All active TEA members in good standing

  • Prior TEA approval required before the conference
  • Original receipts or itemized expense report
  • Conference agenda or program

Submit requests for other approved expenses, including supplies, mileage, or union-related costs.

  • Expense must be pre-approved or budget-authorized
  • Original receipts required
  • Completed within 30 days of expense

Apply for TEA scholarships on behalf of qualifying dependents. Applications open each spring.

  • Official academic transcript
  • Completed personal essay (500–750 words)
  • Two letters of recommendation
